Personal Support Worker - Affinity Health

As a Personal Support Worker (PSW) at Affinity Health, you will be instrumental in delivering personalized care services to our senior clients. Your role will encompass assisting with personal care routines, providing emotional support, and fostering companionship. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to seniors, fostering a sense of connection and well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Assist with medication reminders, as required.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor.

• Various shifts currently available

Qualifications:

• Personal Support Worker (PSW) designation from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in personal care techniques, including assisting with activities of daily living.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and assessment abilities to address client needs effectively.
• Honest, dedicated, and flexible approach to caregiving responsibilities.
