VCA Canada Animal Hospitals is currently welcoming Veterinary Technicians to join our amazing teams in ONTARIO. You will have an opportunity to use your skills to their fullest potential! It's okay if you are not fully comfortable with all the procedures you learned in school -we will provide the training and mentorship you need to help hone your skills and help you specialize in the areas you're passionate about!

Requirements: 

• Currently attending (or completing) a Veterinary Technician program - eligible to register
• New graduates with knowledge of physical examinations, patient assessment, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, radiology, venipuncture, and pharmacy - welcome to apply! We love growing new graduates!
• Knowledge of surgical preparation, surgical assistance, and patient recovery
• Willing to further enhance technical skills in the above procedures
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in working with your colleagues and pet parents
• Proven ability to keep accurate patient records
• A love for all companion animals!!
