    We have an immediate opening for a

    Administrattive Assistant

    Duties and responsibilities:


    • Contact vendors and invite quotes and bids
    • Issue purchase orders to suppliers
    • Review requisitions and purchase orders for accuracy
    • Expedite and track orders as needed for on time delivery
    • Enter OEM part #’s in ERP inventory
    • Assist logitics administration as required


    • Review and order ERP generated material requirements
    • Work with material handler to maintain RM inventory
    • Cycle counting


    • Submit and reconcile expense reports for travelers
    • Maintain all travel invoices and spreadsheets
    • Assist Accounting Clerk in AP matching
    • Basic data entry into deisgnated software and programs
    • Assist with reception coverage during scheduled holidays or days off
    • General clerical duties including but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, filing
    • Assist with financial reporting as required


    • Update and modify vendor list
    • Maintain ISO records
    • Complete vendor Audits (manufacturer & distributor)



    • Relevant Post-Secondary Education, or combination of education & experience.


    • Knowledge of purchasing and/or financial administration.
    • Experience with ERP/MRP Systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet
