    Title: Admissions & Marketing Assistant (Part-time)

    Reports to: Director of Admissions and Marketing & Communications Manager

    Job Summary: Complete administrative duties within the Admissions Department to aid in the process of student applications and recruitment travels; Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies; attend and participate in admission and promotional related functions as required.

    Duties

    Admissions Department Duties:

    • Schedule lawyer appointments for custodianship declaration
    • Complete general office duties (including filing etc.)
    • Courier documents/ catalogues for traveling
    • Mass mailing to partners and other departments within the school
    • Standard response to online inquiries
    • Data entry
    • Support preparation for recruitment travels

    Marketing Department Duties:

    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
    • Support marketing manager in organizing various projects
    • Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
    • Compose online content on the school’s website and social media accounts

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • College diploma required or related experience in marketing/administrative duties

    Experience:

    • 1-3 years of administrative and marketing experience
    • Experience working with international communities and customers from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds
    • Has demonstrated good judgement in challenging situations

    Skills:

    • Excellent planning and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with children and adults.
    • Excellent customer service orientation and relationship building skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Office, Office 365 and Database (e.g. Salesforce), Adobe Suite Programs and WordPress
    • Experience with content management system (e.g. Constant Contact, Buffer)
    • Multi-tasking, great attention to detail and effective communication skills
    • Organized, adaptable
