    Position Summary

    Provides assistance and support to at least one team, division, director, manager, or supervisor.  Acts as a central point of access, an advocate, and an ambassador to the program(s) and organization through the provision of quality customer service and support in accordance with KFL&A Public Health’s policies, procedures, and values.


    • Office Administration certificate from a recognized school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years general office experience.
    • Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
    • Minimum data entry speed of 175 keystrokes per minute with 95% accuracy.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Level 2, Excel Level 1).
    • Demonstrated customer service skills
    • Satisfactory police record check (CRC/VSC)
    • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet the physical demands of the position
