Free Training - Occupational Health & Safety Training Initiative
SLC Employment Service - Virtual Services 8:30-4:30
    September 25, 2020 12:00am - November 27, 2020 12:00am
To support the safe reopening of businesses and to help Ontario’s workers safely return to work, the Ministry of Labour, Training, and Skills Development is providing access to free online occupational health and safety training. For many Ontario workers, occupational health and safety training is often required by employers. By covering training costs, the ministry is removing financial barriers to training, enabling workers and jobseekers to acquire the skills they need to find or return to work. The ministry is also supporting employers by ensuring potential and returning employees are better prepared to start work. To receive access to up to 10 learning modules, please contact your SLC Employment Service team at 613-544-5400 x. 1603 or ESK@sl.on.ca.
