RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform secretarial and clerical duties as assigned by supervisor which may include any or all of the following: reception, word processing, filing, duplicating, processing mail and ensuring integrity of information is maintained. Ensuring safe school arrival, confirming and monitoring attendance. Continual interactions with students, staff, parents.
QUALIFICATIONS: One-year college diploma or equivalent to obtain clerical skills. Up to one year combined related experience and on-the-job-training to become familiar with board policies and procedures; excellent computer and word processing skills; excellent communication, time management and organizational skills. Experience with Aspen is an asset.
