NCC Development is a 100% Inuit-owned construction company that was founded in 1995. We construct residential and commercial buildings across Nunavut for both public and private sector clients. We are experts in building in some of the world’s most remote and challenging conditions.In collaboration with The Nunavut Housing Corporation (NHC), NCC Development has embarked on an amazing and challenging construction program, Nunavut 3000. This is the biggest housing program of its kind in Nunavut’s history to build approximately 3000 new homes over the next 10 years.
