About Us

BanhMiYes™ is the first and only one in Ottawa to make banh mi, Vietnamese sandwiches, from scratch. We bake every morning, and we cook all products in-house. We are young, professional, agile, and innovative. We started as entrepreneurs in a commercial kitchen in Kanata during Covid. With lots of sweat, tears and even blood, we are growing as one of the best Vietnamese sandwiches in town. It is a big honor and motivation for us to be interviewed by CBC Radio, CTV, Ottawa Citizen, Edible Ottawa, and Capital Eats’ newsletter, and we won the best sandwich according to Ottawa Citizen 2022. We opened our first storefront in Hintonburg in April 2023. We aim to become the first banh mi franchise in Ottawa and Canada. We want to be your favourite brand name. We are 100% committed to only offering the FRESH BAKED banh mi daily. Our slogan for the employees is "Cook and serve customers the quality food you cook for you and your family. Our customers are our family.
