You will find yourself in one of the best teams that work together and have fun together.We are looking for a motivated, energetic and career driven Assistant Restaurant Manager in Kingston city. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operation and other standards of Tim Hortons and report to the General Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience high volume bakery, café, or other restaurant concepts. You are expected to work alongside team members on the floor at all time to supervise the operations and help train all the positions required. You will schedule the activities of the team, review their performance, and coach them on a continual basis. You will also monitor inventory and supplies, and ensure that appropriate product and stock is available to meet restaurant’s needs.
