We are a team of mental health providers who are passionate about creating an inclusive space. We have a wide range of expertise to ensure we can support your individual needs. We provide psychotherapy, occupational therapist & naturopathic services for children, youth, adults, couples & families. We offer clinical supervision for psychotherapists. We support you with managing various areas of your life; anxiety, depression, sexuality, desire discrepancy, neurodivergence, trauma, conflict, substance issues, parenting, ADHD, burn out, stress, school issues, life transitions and more. We offer both online and in person sessions.
