About Us

The Kitchens at Hotel Wolfe Island function and exist to make fresh food from scratch every day, all year long, while supporting local farms, fisherfolk, and foragers.Our farm-to-table operations cover breakfast and a roadhouse (The Dawson), fine dining/special events/private experience (The Piano Room), a summer only dockside Patio, and the ‘Commons’ which is a 1000-person live music ‘park’ for stations and kiosks.All venues offer live music, the hotel houses a recording studio, and all are tooled to provide a unique culinary experience for our guests.We're looking for friendly, reliable team members to learn, grow, and eventually lead i.e. we are recruiting for the long term if you’re willing to teach, and we are taking on apprentices as well.
