We provide support to “at-risk” young people through our community outreach and live-in programs. Most of us can use a helping hand from time to time. Taking the next step forward is easier with someone you trust. We care, we connect and we have your back.Our catchment area is Eastern Ontario with a primary focus on the Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. We are located in the city of Cornwall. All of our services are available in French and English.
