As a Software Developer at HAS-Motion, you will work across the company’s range of software applications including Visual3D and Sift. Working alongside Biomechanical Engineers and Software Developers, you will develop new features from idea to release. You will build, document, and test new software features and create associated training products. You will also design and build new software applications to meet the changing needs of biomechanics researchers.

ROLE:

  • Specify new software features for development;
  • Participate in HAS-Motion’s overall software development process including development, testing, debugging, and integration;
  • Document new features for both developers and users;
  • Produce technical training documents to assist users’ learning for new features; and
  • Have the autonomy to bring forth new ideas for the company as a whole.

IDEAL CANDIDATE / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experienced with either C or C++;
  • Experienced with developing GUI applications (experience with Qt specifically is ideal);
  • Capable of writing technical documentation for non-programmers;
  • Self-motivated and curious;
  • Able to work in team environments; and
  • Willing to learn.
