Your Responsibilities:
- Industrial Painting: Apply paint using HVLP spray guns and airless paint systems to achieve a quality finish on air handling units
- Surface Preparation: Fully prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, caulking, masking and performing dent repair as needed
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain and adjust paint spray guns and equipment to ensure efficient operation
- Spray Foam Application: Perform spray foam insulation applications within a paint booth
- Body Fill Applications: Perform body fill applications for dent repair to ensure smooth and finished surfaces
- Material Handling: Safely operate an overhead crane and forklift to handle materials as needed
- Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience & Requirements
- Industrial Painting 1 year (Preferred)
- *reliable transportation required*
