Permanent Part Time: 16-24 hrs/week

NFNPHC has a portfolio of 18 family units of social housing located throughout the Sharbot Lake area.

CFHC has a portfolio of 5 one-bedroom mature living units located on Clement Rd in Sharbot Lake.

Position Summary:

A well organized, productive individual is required to manage the above portfolio of housing units. Must be able to deliver property management services, arrange day to day maintenance, ensure property upkeep and address tenant concerns. Required to lease vacant units, prepare leases and other services as required under the Housing Services Act, and report to the Board of Directors at regularly scheduled meetings.

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge and related experience in the field of property management.

Must have familiarity with budgets, financial statements, working knowledge of small business accounting.

Have a good knowledge of Microsoft office, excel.

Have excellent interpersonal skills.

Have effective oral and written communication skills.

Be able to work independently, organize and prioritize tasks.

Have proven ability to supervise staff and contractors

Have experience working with volunteers

Own transportation is required for site visits and occasional travel to Kingston.

Experience with Social Housing and records management preferred but not essential. Training is available for the successful candidate.

Salary range $25.00 - $30.00 hourly
