Delivery Driver - Select Door and Frame Inc.

Select Door and Frame is actively looking to add a full time Delivery Driver to our growing team. The successful candidate will be eager to grow their career within our company, have superior verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as show initiative and leadership qualities within their role.

The position requires the ability to work independently and complete daily activities without supervision in a timely fashion. Ability to lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time, and perform strenuous physical labor. Candidates must be physically fit and have a minimum Class G License, clean driving record, and CPIC. As well, the successful candidate must be able to operate a Kenworth 20ft Straight box Truck in busy traffic conditions and have 3-4 years of documented commercial driving experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of South Eastern Ontario roadways is considered an asset.
• General tasks assigned to this position will be:
• Organizing and loading delivery trucks as per the delivery schedule (Doors, Frame Units, Hardware).
• Completing scheduled deliveries efficiently.
• Unloading materials at job sites.
• Collecting and completing required paperwork.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and daily maintenance of vehicles.

Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
• Additional pay:
• Overtime pay
