Job Description: As an Account Executive you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and managing clients. With a competitive commission structure, bonus potential, and persistent residuals, this role offers excellent earning potential for driven individuals. The position is in-office (not remote) and requires a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals. This position requires a RIBO Level 1 license, which may be obtained prior to starting work.

Education: Secondary School (required)
Requirements:
- A RIBO Level 1 license is required.
- Previous sales experience is preferred, other client-facing service roles are an asset.
- A strong drive to succeed is essential.
- Prior knowledge of property and casualty insurance products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office position.
