Requirements:

  • Registered and in good standing with CNO
  • Gerontological or LTC experience is preferred
  • PIECES training an asset
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Current CPIC – vulnerable sector, original.
  • Occupational Health and Safety Awareness training for workers certification
  • Must be willing to commit to scheduled tours.

Other Details:

  • CNO, CNA and RNAO subsidies provided.
  • Wage rate as per the ONA Collective Agreement.

It has a dynamic organizational structure dedicated to meeting the needs of the community of Leeds and Grenville.Established in 1970, St. Lawrence Lodge is a municipally owned non-profit Long-Term Care Home, operated by the City of Brockville, the United Counties of Leeds & Grenville, the Town of Prescott, and the Town of Gananoque. In 1976, the home underwent an expansion to accommodate 224 residents. Recognizing the evolving needs of our community, St. Lawrence Lodge consistently reviews and enhances its programs and services to current date.At St. Lawrence Lodge, our mission is to provide quality, resident-centered, long-term care in partnership with families and personal care givers and in collaboration with community resources. Our interdisciplinary team – involving all departments and employees - strives to meet individual needs and to help the Residents we serve achieve their maximum potential through the services we provide.
