Food Preparation Workers - The Northridge Inn and Resort

Northridge Inn & Resort is seeking culinary graduates to join our kitchen team for the summer of 2025. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a beautiful setting, with accommodation provided. The head Chef is Red Seal endorsed and is registered with Skilled Trades Ontario to train apprentices who are looking to work towards Red Seal certification.

Positions:

• Line Cooks
• Prep Cooks

Location: Northridge Inn and Resort, 712 South Lake Bernard Road, Sundridge Ontario.

Job type: Seasonal Contract: May 2024 to October 2024

Remuneration:

• $18 to $22 / hour depending on experience.
• Shared Accommodation is added value to the contract

Requirements:

• Culinary school graduate or equivalent experience
• Strong passion for culinary arts and food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Willing to work varied shifts: early mornings, late nights, weekend and holidays as required
• Own transportation essential

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Assist in food preparation and ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality dishes to guests
