This position provides guidance and direction for students regarding general enquiries, financial aid, tuition/fees, registration, convocation, records, and income tax documents. This position provides transcript documentation. This position also receives payments and records transactions.
What you will do
- Provides guidance and direction for students regarding general inquiries, financial aid, tuition/fees, registration, convocation, records, income tax documents, and other related requests.
- Provides transcript documentation.
- Provides clerical support where needed throughout the department.
- Receives payments and records transactions electronically.
- Prepares, produces, and distributes student diplomas and attends all convocation ceremonies.
- Maintains sensitive electronic documents including diploma master files.
Required Education
- Two-Year Community College Diploma.
Required Experience
- More than 1 year and up to and including 2 years of experience.
- Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
