ChoiceCom Networks & Communications Ltd is a local company that has serviced the community for 30 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a local person to help support, supplement and enhance the customer care we provide to the many local businesses across the region.
ChoiceCom is a multi-level service organization involved in communications, print and IT. Your responsibilities are described below.
Responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the provided IT services.
- Identifying potential growth opportunities by upselling and cross-selling additional services through touch points and regularly scheduled review meetings.
- Overseeing the overall account management process, including contract renewals and service level agreements (SLAs) to achieve revenue targets and retain clients within their assigned portfolio.
- Leverage technical knowledge to bring value to client infrastructure.
- Champion services and continuously promote our diverse offerings.
- Uncovering new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of the following technologies: Managed Print Services, Hardware, MSP, Telecommunication-VoIP.
- 3 years experience working on analyzing and successfully navigating through complex business situations involving a myriad of logistical needs and personalities.
- Ability to communicate technology to technical team while helping non-technical contacts understand complex information.
- Advanced skills in organization, follow-through, problem-solving, consistency and customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Dedication to exceptional customer service through patience, empathy, confidence, solution orientation, analytics, critical thinking, follow-up and effective communication.
