We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our boutique real estate brokerage as a Part-Time Accounting Coordinator. In this role, you will use Lone Wolf accounting software to manage our financial operations with precision and care. This position is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a supportive team in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks using Lone Wolf software, including data entry, bank reconciliations, and payment processing.

Record and process invoices, receipts, and financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.

Assist with tracking agent commissions and preparing financial summaries as required.

Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.

Collaborate with agents and staff to ensure financial information is communicated effectively.

Troubleshoot basic issues within Lone Wolf and liaise with technical support if needed.

Technical Skills

Accounting Knowledge: Basic understanding of accounting principles (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable).

Attention to Detail: Strong ability to ensure accuracy when handling financial data and reports.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot discrepancies and resolve basic software issues.

Time Management: Efficiently prioritize and complete tasks within part-time hours.

Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate financial updates clearly.

Organization Skills: Proficient at maintaining accurate and organized financial records.

Technology

Lone Wolf Accounting Software: Used for real estate-specific accounting tasks, including agent commissions and transactions.

Microsoft Excel: Creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and managing financial data.

Cloud-based Systems: Tools like Google Drive or OneDrive for organizing and sharing documents.

Electronic Signature Software: Experience with platforms like DocuSign is a plus.

CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with customer relationship management tools is helpful (e.g., tracking agent transactions).
