Painters, Construction and Maintenance - ProVision Painters

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with all painting techniques, including brush, roller, and spray painting. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering quality paint jobs that meet our clients' expectations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting (e.g., sanding, scraping, caulking).
• Apply primer, paint, and finishes using brush, roller, and spray techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements. 
• Complete projects on time, incentives are included for job speed. 
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure the protection of surrounding areas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter.
• Proficient in brush, roller, and spray painting techniques.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of different types of paints and finishes, and their proper application.
• Attention to detail and a high standard of work.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions (indoor/outdoor).

Preferred:

• Prior experience with both interior and exterior painting.
