As a Community Service Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting community development by organizing resources, building partnerships, and leading impactful programs and events, such as educational workshops and community initiatives. This position emphasizes fostering engagement, collaboration, and inclusivity to create meaningful opportunities for community members while ensuring a supportive and empowering environment.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Facilitating Community Programs:
- Organize and lead diverse community programs, including educational workshops, outreach activities, and summer camp events, conducted in-person or virtually.
- Tailor programs to address the needs of specific target groups, such as persons with disabilities, youth, and underrepresented communities.
Community Outreach:
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and libraries to expand the reach and impact of programs.
- Actively engage with community members to promote awareness of available resources and encourage participation.
Cross-Functional Support:
- Collaborate on various community-driven projects, including curriculum design, event planning, and volunteer coordination, to strengthen the organization’s initiatives.

Team Coordination:

Content Creation and Promotion:
