Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage in hands-on training across warehouse operations, sales, projects, finance, administration, and human resource management.
  • Cultivate relationships with key vendors.
  • Work closely with the management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Reflect the core values of the company by acting and managing in a professional and ethical manner, in accordance with our Company's Policies and Procedures.
  • Embrace personal and professional development as a lifelong pursuit, inspiring others within the organization to do the same.
  • Play a key role in our annual inventory and reconciliation processes.
  • Manage inventory adjustments throughout the year.
  • Process monthly ship and debit rebates.
  • Provide support and training to the team in all system and operational functions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments by actively participating in educational opportunities and vendor training

Requirements:

  • Completion of a college or university degree, or currently in the final stages of a degree program
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with managers, colleagues, and partners
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Foundational understanding of financial and business management principles
  • Proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving opportunities for growth
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications and digital tools
  • Highly dependable, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex business situations
  • Resilient under pressure and able to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
