We’re looking for a full-time Industrial Painter @ Kingston production site, could it be you? 

Your future role as a member of the production team, you are responsible for carrying out multi-colored, large-scale exterior and interior painting according to high quality standards and technological specifications. While interacting daily with co-workers, team leaders, supervisors, and managers, all activities will be performed according to EHSS procedures and rules in place. You’ll specifically take care of:

• Carrying out painting work on time, within budget according to the work plan (degreasing, priming, filling, sanding, painting)

• Mixing and stirring the materials to be processed according to technological specifications

• Operating the paint spraying system with ventilation and appropriate PPE use

• Performing complex decorative finishing work

• Doing repair work on individual parts and the finished product

• Cleaning and maintenance work on the work and operating materials

• Disposing of contaminated and unused materials according to technological specifications and environmental regulations We’ll look to you for:

• Following health and safety compliance measures and work safely in industrial environment

• Attention to fine detail and inspection of painted product for defects (scratches, imperfections in application, etc.)

• Organizing and maintaining inventory All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Here what we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

• Formal training in metal finishing, industrial painting with 5 years + relevant experience

• Expertise in operating spray-painting equipment

• Safety First Approach

• Strong supporter of teamwork with good communication skills

• Minimal exposure to lean manufacturing assembly process
