Location: 2804 Princess Street at Bayridge Drive, Kingston, Ontario K7P1W9

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, and billing.
• Handle all administrative tasks for the agency accurately and in a timely manner
• Identify customer needs and make recommendations for our insurance products.
• Work with the team to establish and meet agency goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills – can easily adapt to new systems
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving
• Dedicated to marketing and customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Post secondary education
• Property & Casualty Licence (preferred / must be able to obtain)
