Customer Service Representative - sewhelpful

We are a busy, fast paced sewing shop with constant deadlines. Although we are busy, we have a relaxed, easy going staff with a can do attitude. We are also a multi cultured group with Volunteers that help us out. We offer alterations, repairs and custom work.

The Customer Service Representative role interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about sewing and fittings, drop off and pick up for both the general public and corporate accounts. Some sewing knowledge is required, but you do not have to do actual machine sewing.

What will you do:

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
• Help with hemming, fittings and sewing work schedules
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' clothing
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as repairs
• Interacting with Production and Tailors to complete and schedule work.
• Keep front of house organized, clean.
• Post appointments & events on website
