Store Associate - Bridal Creations & Murano's Formalwear

Are you passionate about fashion, customer service, and creating memorable experiences? Join our dynamic team at downtown Kingston's Bridal Creations and Murano’s Formalwear, where we help clients look and feel their best for life’s most important moments.  

We are currently seeking a full-time Store Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, is highly organized, and brings a positive, upbeat attitude to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and handle inquiries with accuracy and care
• Process sales transactions and manage payment systems
• Support inventory management for both suits and bridal gowns
• Assist with order placement, tracking, and follow-ups
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling
• Utilize Canva for basic graphic design needs (experience preferred)
• Provide light sewing assistance (sewing experience is a strong asset)

Requirements:

• Prior retail and sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
• A valid Driver’s Licence is required
• Must be available to work Saturdays (this is non-negotiable)
• Social media savvy and experience using Canva is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
