Join a biomechanics software company dedicated to helping our customers understand human motion across fields such as health care, sports, and ergonomics.
Software Development Co-op Students work across the whole range of software development, learning how features go from ideas to release. You will help to develop, document, and test new capabilities within HAS-Motion’s software applications and create associated training products. Along the way you will receive mentorship on topics such as programming, project management, technical communication, and data management.

ROLE:
- Specify new software features for development;
- Participate in overall software development process for Visual3D and Sift, including development, testing, debugging, and integration;
- Document new features for both developers and users
- Produce technical training documents to assist users’ learning for new features
- Bring forward new ideas for our applications and the company as a whole.
IDEAL CANDIDATE / EXPERIENCE:
- Enrolled in a post-secondary education program;
- Familiar with either C or C++ and any modern version control system (experience with developing GUI applications in general and with Qt specifically is ideal);
- Self-motivated and curious;
- Able to work in team environments; and
- Willing to learn.
