Evening Decedent Removal - Robert J Reid & Sons Funeral Home

We are looking for Students who are interested in gaining real world experience in the removals of deceased persons and transferring them to the appropriate destinations. 

We have, and currently are, partnered with students who are mainly focused in the police foundations and nursing courses.  Some of our past students have used their time with us not only as extra income for their time at school, but as a way to enhance their CV and using us as a solid reference for future employment opportunities. 

Successful Candidates:

• Are never left to do any tasks alone until their training is complete. 
• Are able to be on call and available without fail in the evenings / nights that they commit to (we create monthly on-call shifts with consideration to individual's classes).
• Will need to go through a Provincial Background Check in order to perform work on behalf of the Ontario Coroner's Office.
• Will be exposed to many different situations that will expand their knowledge in the behind the scenes tasks that take place in the dignified handling of deceased persons.
