Admin Assistant / Bookkeeper – Full-Time
Reports To: Owner – Nick Hemm
Manager – Joe Waller
In office: 744 Baker Cres., Kingston, ON
What you will do:
Answering phones, greeting customers, scheduling jobs, answering emails, data entry: accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office.

Hours:
Monday to Friday: M-Th 9 to 3, Friday 9 to 1
