Key Duties and Responsibilites:

• data entry
• filing
• processing/entering purchases and invoices in our accounting software
• answering the phone
• tracking & inputting payroll numbers

Requirements:

• accounting or book-keeping certificate
• previous experience would be nice but not necessary
