Qualifications and Skills
- Completion of a recognized Canadian RN program
- Valid CNO license
- Must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Must be willing to travel within Lanark County
- You must be available to work all shifts and every other weekend

Duties
- Medication dispensary
- Assist with resident treatments
- Assist with preparation for MD rounds
- Assist with paperwork preparation (Bloodwork/samples)
- Assist with liaising between family and MD Assist with liaising between all staff and ADOC/DOC
- Attend any education/in-service, multi-D meetings
- Answer any call bells
- Provide guidance and assistance to PSWs and RPNs
- Ensure all staff are following health and safety procedures
- Assist with filling sick calls
- Assist with any emergency, resident or home related
- Charting on PCC – must be completed prior to shift end
- Surveillance of residents
- Updating care plans
- Preparing reports for doctors
- Assist with other duties assigned by the home
