Job Summary:

The Sales Marketing Coordinator will support our Sales team and development and execute marketing strategies to promote Igloo Building Supplies Group Ltd.’s products and services. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing digital content, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment and team oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media channels

• Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management

• Create and update content for social media, websites and email newsletters.

• Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines

• Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement

• Coordinate trade shows, community events and promotional activities

• Prepare marketing collateral and ensure timely delivery

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences

• Provide insights into improving marketing strategies

• Maintain marketing calendars and budgets.

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for timely project execution

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications & Sales.

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a similar role an asset, but not required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative an a keen eye for attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Analytical mindset with problem solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with regular business hours.

• Occasional travel may be required to attend trade shows.

• Overtime may be required based on order volume and Sealift deadlines.
