Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. We’re looking for a licensed client sales representative who is friendly, honest, fun, empathetic, warm, driven, problem solver, career -oriented, master multitasker, engaging and outgoing. In this role you’ll be the heart of our client experience offering personalized insurance solutions , building lasting relationships and thinking outside the box to meet our clients needs with care and creativity. Daily activities can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, new sales as well as adding new products or services to Clients portfolios. Responsibilities
• Identify and recommend suitable home, auto, life insurance solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service with timely accurate
• Follow up with leads and opportunities
• Handle policy updates, billing, inquired, and coverage
• Collaborate with the Team to meet office sales goals
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Complete and submit applications for all lines offered
• Provide exceptional customer experience with a Smile :)
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• OTL / life license or RIBO license is a valuable asset or must be able to obtain required licensing .
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers as well as onboard clients.
• Excellent communication, skills, written, verbal and listening.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Preferred experience in providing world class sales & service.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Self Motivated with a strong work ethic committed to success each and every day
