Patry AI Fellowship - Summer 2026 | Kingston | Ottawa | Toronto

Stop Studying AI.

Start Building Your Career With It.

This Is Not a Typical Internship

Most internships put you in the background. At Patry, you ship real work from day one. You'll design and deploy AI solutions in live business environments - not hypothetical case studies. By the end of the summer, you'll carry a portfolio of production-grade AI tools that generate measurable ROI for a real organization. That's the kind of proof that gets you hired.

We're Going All In on AI - And So Will You

This is not your average opportunity. Patry is fully committed to AI - not as a talking point, but as the engine behind how we build, manage, and grow. Every fellow will be equipped with the tools, access, and support they need to do their best work. We're talking best-in-class AI platforms, hands-on technical onboarding, and a team around you that is just as invested in your success as you are.

You bring the ambition. We'll make sure you have everything else.

The program's target is ambitious by design: measurable, seven-figure value delivered to the business. Every project you touch contributes to that number. That's not just a line on your resume - that's a mic drop!

What You'll Do

Fellows are placed into one of eight divisions based on their strengths and organizational need - each with clear scope, concrete deliverables, and measurable goals. Day to day, your work will include:

  • Design and build no-code AI-powered automations that make the company run smoother and faster
  • Create and deploy custom GPTs and internal AI agents to handle repetitive tasks, onboard new team members, and answer FAQs
  • Collaborate with executives and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into deployable, automated solutions
  • Test, document, iterate, and train users on the tools you help build
  • Contribute to a repeatable framework for future cohorts - building prompt libraries, process maps, and GPT-powered onboarding tools that outlast your time here

What You'll Gain

  • Real AI experience that actually shipped. You won't write reports about AI - you'll build workflows, automate processes, and solve real operational problems tied directly to business metrics you can quantify in every future interview.
  • Executive-level exposure. You'll work closely with Patry's leadership team and present your work to the executive team at the end of the summer. Mentorship, visibility, and stories that make you stand out - from before you even graduate.
  • A driven peer cohort. You'll onboard, train, and build alongside 14 other high-achieving fellows. The people you meet this summer could become future co-founders, teammates, or collaborators for decades.
  • Cross-functional fluency. Patry operates across construction, property management, finance, leasing, marketing, and design. You'll get a rare, early-career look at how a complex, vertically integrated business actually runs.
  • A path into the housing market. We know how hard it feels to see homeownership move further away. That's exactly why Patry created Keys in Hand (keysinhand.ca) - a program built to help people like you go from renting to owning. Your career launch and your future home could both start here.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience. You need to be resourceful, curious, and genuinely excited about applying AI to real operations. You're completing a university or college degree in the next 12-18 months. You want to enter the workforce with proof - not just a degree

This fellowship is open to students from any degree program. Business, arts, sciences, health, social sciences, design, law - your background doesn't disqualify you, it makes the cohort stronger. You do not need to be studying computer science or engineering. What matters is that you're motivated, you see the potential of AI, and you believe you have something to contribute.

If you're passionate about what AI can do and ready to prove it - you're qualified to apply.
