Position: General Laborer / Hourly

Dynamic Closures is a manufacturer of made-to-order security grilles and closures for the retail and commercial building sectors around the world. Dynamic is looking to fill an existing vacancy position in our Production/Fabrication Department.

• Monday to Friday. 7:00 am – 3:30 pm shift

• Weekly pay via direct deposit. Start salary $21.89, after 3 months $24.59

• Ability to read an imperial measuring tape

• Comfortable with tools and equipment

• Basic computer skills

• Proficient with written and reading English

• Previous production experience an asset

• Able to follow Company Policies and Procedures

• Ability to work in a fast past environment.

Physical requirements:

• Stand for periods of time

• Bend and lift, up to 50 lbs.

• Perform manual tasks throughout the day

Requirements:

• Have reliable transportation

• CSA approved safety footwear

• May require a criminal background check.

What can you expect to do:

• Read and follow production diagrams, instruction, bill of materials (training in house)

• Assemble and test manufactured products

• Adhere to safety guidelines, company policies and procedures

• Adhere to quality and performance standards

• Move and sort materials

• Operate machinery and tools

• Package and ship finished goods

• Participate in training

• Rotate tasks and assist team members
