Hello World Recruitment is a Canadian boutique recruitment firm dedicated to Insurance Brokers across Ontario and Quebec. Our industry-focused approach has allowed us to grow quickly within the industry and become the top provider of insurance talent.

We are expanding our Ontario office and are looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join us. Our office is located in Bloomfield, Ontario, in beautiful Prince Edward County. Please check you are comfortable with our location before applying!

1 English and 1 Bilingual role are available.

Sales Experience: We are looking for people with a passion for sales, but no previous experience in recruitment is required.

Remuneration: base salary of $40,000 + one of the best commission structures in the industry.

Work Location: In person, 5 days per week.

The Job:

• Managing candidates: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Develop and maintain your talent pipeline in the long term.
• Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted Consultant regarding market trends and candidate availability.
• Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights.
