The "Dream" Schedule:
- No weekends. No on-call. Ever.
- Consistent 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shifts (with a rotating day off!).
- A predictable routine that lets you actually make dinner plans.
- New Grads (Baby RVTs) and Restricted License DVMs -Don't be nervous! Our mentorship program is second to none. We don't just throw you in the deep end; we give you the tools to swim.
Compensation Includes:
- $30-35 per hour (paid salary), depending on experience and skill level
- $1500 yearly CE budget
- 50% of your pet insurance premiums paid
- Complimentary Membership for your pets (if insured)
- 50% of your optional life and health insurance premiums paid
