The Role:

• Plan, prepare, and implement engaging daily lessons aligned with early childhood education standards.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Monitor and assess children's developmental progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored instructional strategies.
• Foster effective communication with children, parents and team members using strong interpersonal skills.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and classroom activities using computer operation skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Lead by example in demonstrating leadership qualities while maintaining a caring attitude toward children.
