Retail Salesperson - J&J Cycle

J & J Cycle is a Bicycle retail and repair store, who are passionate about cycling, not only for recreation and fitness, but also for everyday commuting.

We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Bicycle shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers proactively on the sales floor
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and close sales
• Recommend bicycles, accessories, and add-ons to maximize each sale
• Build rapport quickly and create a strong customer experience
• Stay motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor

Job Requirements

• Outgoing and easy to talk to — you enjoy engaging with people
• Sports-minded with an interest in cycling
• A regular bicycle rider and owner
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and able to work flexible part-time hours (including weekends)
