StrategyFive Group Inc. (S5) is an operating partner and consulting firm focused on public infrastructure and manufacturing. S5 provides project management, commercial and bid management, engineering, strategy, and operating partner services to organizations delivering investment and equipment in the public infrastructure sector, specifically rail and transit. S5 works with private equity companies and integrated rail technology companies that design, build, and often maintain passenger and freight rail systems globally.

Reporting to the CEO, the Project Services Coordinator serves as a critical resource supporting the CEO and project teams in the delivery of large-scale infrastructure assignments.

  • Skilled at organizing and preparing for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to the logistics of meetings, maintaining, and updating project documentation and creating project minutes.
  • Proficient In the use of Microsoft 365 project management tools like SharePoint, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Possesses excellent planning, prioritization, project management, and execution skills, ensuring seamless communication, efficient organization, and high standards of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Holds a post-secondary engineering degree or diploma, business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two - five years' experience. 
  • Bilingual (French/English) or PMP an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; project management and coordination skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments. Prior experience on rail and transit projects ideal.
