Quality Marine Construction Inc is a marine construction company specializing in waterfront structures, floating and permanent docks, and shoreline projects. We are currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused individual with welding experience and hands-on barge experience to join our crew. Shop Location: 871A County Road 2, Lansdowne, Ontario. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and fabrication for marine construction
• Work safely and efficiently on barges
• Assist with dock construction, pile driving, and shoreline stabilization
• Operate and maintain marine and construction tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and marine regulations
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Welding experience with certifications (CWB or the equivalent)
• Experience with marine construction and working on barges
• Strong understanding of marine safety practices
• Ability to work long hours on the water and perform physical labour
• Valid driver’s license and boaters license
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Excavator and loader heavy equipment experience
