Two manufacturing facilities with advanced technologies are supported by three, strategically located North American warehouses to provide efficient service and delivery.

Canarm HVAC manufactures reliable, certified, highly engineered solutions for manufacturing facilities, warehouses, condominiums, hospitals, schools, commercial establishments, data centres, greenhouses and agricultural farm environments.

We are currently seeking a Welder - Production Plant. Join a hands-on team building HVAC products that people count on every day. As an experienced welder, you’ll read and interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and produce high quality welds. 

You’ll work with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and safety while helping maintain production targets and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Driving Responsibilities:

  • Production MIG welding
  • Respond to deadlines and production efficiencies independently
  • Maintain an excellent attendance record (able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week)
  • Maintain a positive attitude and be a great team player
  • Operate various hand tools

What You Bring:

  • 1-2 years of welding experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and work orders, including bills of materials
  • Safety oriented track record
  • Attention to detail and commitment to produce quality product
  • Must be willing and available to work rotating shifts
