We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to lead our Friendly Fires retail location in Canada. This role is critical to delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment while upholding our core values of quality and safety. This role requires you to work on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to build a strong, engaged workforce
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and merchandising strategies
- Deliver and promote an exceptional customer experience
- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets and maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management is considered an asset
