As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you’ll take pride in preparing clean, fresh, and welcoming rooms that feel like a true home away from home. With your eye for detail and love for making things just right, you’ll help turn every stay into something special—one perfectly made bed at a time.

What You'll Do:

  •  Start your shift by reviewing your room assignments, organizing your supplies, and preparing your cart for a successful day.
  • Keep your cart, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and clutter-free.
  • Transform assigned guestrooms into clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces within established service standards.
  • Make freshly prepared beds with clean linens and the finishing touches that create an inviting room.
  • Place used linens and towels directly into laundry bags to keep hallways clean, safe, and guest-ready.
  • Vacuum carpets thoroughly, moving furniture when needed to make sure no spot is missed.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, picture frames, lamps, and other surfaces.
  • Make mirrors, windows, walls, and other surfaces sparkle.
  • Clean and sanitize showers, bathtubs, sinks, toilets, floors, and all other bathroom areas.
  • Restock towels, toiletries, glassware, writing materials, and other guest amenities.
  • Empty wastebaskets and ensure garbage and recycling are disposed of properly.
  • Complete a final check of each room to ensure it is beautifully presented and meets brand standards before the next guest arrives.
  • Be the eyes and ears of the hotel by promptly reporting maintenance concerns, room-status discrepancies, or anything requiring additional attention.
  • Help reunite guests with forgotten belongings by carefully following all Lost & Found procedures.
  • Accurately update assignment sheets and record all rooms completed.
  • Take care of cleaning equipment and let your Supervisor know when repairs or additional supplies are needed.
  • Pitch in with other duties as needed to help the Housekeeping team succeed.

  • Someone who enjoys staying active and is comfortable performing repetitive, physical work throughout the shift.
  • A self-motivated individual who can manage their time, maintain a consistent pace, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A team player who communicates clearly and is willing to support fellow Housekeeping team members when needed.
  • Someone who can follow established cleaning procedures, brand standards, and health and safety requirements.
  • A trustworthy and respectful individual who understands the importance of guest privacy and proper Lost & Found procedures.
  • Someone who can identify and promptly report maintenance concerns, room discrepancies, or low supplies.
  • Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality experience is an asset, but we are happy to train the right person.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required.
