The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne (MCA) is the elected community government of the Mohawk Territory of Akwesasne. Representing the interests of Akwesasró:non (the people of Akwesasne), MCA is responsible for overseeing a wide range of programs, services, and initiatives across the community.

We are currently hiring for the role of Laundry Worker.

Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing all activities and services offered by the laundry department of the home. 
  • Such as all laundering and related services of the facility; 
  • To maintain inventory and to administrative and maintenance tasks including health and safety issues.
