Crowdy is a nightlife discovery app (getcrowdy.app) launching in Kingston and Toronto. We tell you what’s actually happening tonight: real crowd levels, line lengths, and cover, reported live, plus every happy hour and live event worth knowing about. We answer one simple question for users ahead of their night out, “What’s the move?”

We're hiring a part-time Brand Content Coordinator to be Crowdy's eyes on the ground in Kingston and Toronto. You'll pitch original content ideas and capture the night independently, on your phone or camera, solo or with friends, turning it into short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. Your feed is the raw, real student nightlife, shot by someone who is actually there and genuinely enjoys it.

What you will do:

  • Pitch original content ideas for TikTok and Instagram, and turn the best ones into published posts.
  • Independently capture video and static content across Kingston and Toronto nightlife, solo or with friends.
  • Edit captures into 15 to 45 second vertical videos with captions, ready to post.
  • Deliver a minimum of 3 posts per week across TikTok and Instagram, keeping the posting schedule the algorithm rewards.
  • Manage correspondence with our scout network and influencer partners (DMs and email).Please fill out your occupation tasks.

What you bring:

  • A steady stream of ideas. You pitch original content concepts without waiting to be told what to shoot.
  • Comfortable capturing content in social settings, solo or with friends. You're the person already filming the night out, and people are glad you're there.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys nightlife. This job is nights out, and it should feel like a good one, not a shift.
  • Community instincts. You talk to people and build real relationships with staff and students.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with the Kingston or Toronto student and nightlife scene
  • Experience running a brand, club, or team account
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
